- Exchanges: Items can be exchanged within 10 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns and exchanges.
- Items purchased on sale or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
